提前布局元宇宙、Web3.0,多家支付机构数字化再升级

作为金融的核心基础设施,支付业正在面临全新挑战与变革。

As the core infrastructure of finance, the payment sector is facing full new challenges and changes.

当下,随着产业数字化的推进,供应链链条长、交易主体众多、资金流转效率低等问题影响着交易效率。与之相应,头部支付机构也从最初的服务提供方,逐渐转变为供应链的重要参与者。当发展进入深水区,支付行业该如何破局?

At this point, as industry’s digitalization progresses, issues such as long supply chains, large trading entities, and inefficient capital flows affect the efficiency of transactions. Accordingly, head-to-head payment agencies have evolved from the original service provider to an important participant in the supply chain.

除简单资金交易外,今年以来,支付机构也在不断探索一站式交易、Web3.0服务解决方案,从而有效为实体经济赋能。

In addition to simple financial transactions, payment agencies have been exploring one-stop trading and Web3.0 service solutions since this year, thus effectively empowering the real economy.

数字化转型迎节点

“在对外推动数字化的过程中,支付机构会面临内部数字化流程不畅、数据孤岛、数据标准不统一、资源浪费、数字化认识不充分等多种问题,由此也推动了支付机构内部管理数字化变革。”11月7日,博通咨询金融行业资深研究员王蓬博对《华夏时报》记者表示。

他表示,全球支付行业正在经历巨大变革,市场渴求全新的技术和服务,同时疫情也加速了各行各业的企业商户实现信息化、进而实现数字化的进程,管理、业务运营和创新都越来越依赖于数据,这将形成一个巨大的数字化服务的市场需求。

He stated that the global payment industry was undergoing significant changes, that markets were eager for new technologies and services, and that the epidemic had accelerated the process of information and digitalization of business enterprises in all walks of life, and that management, operations and innovation were increasingly dependent on data, which would create a huge market demand for digital services.

汇付天下助理总裁汤伟对记者表示,国内支付机构在场景、应用上的创新层出不穷。然而在海外,机构则更偏重底层数据能力、标准和规则层面的创新,且这一趋势正在全球发生,例如东南亚的支付机构和餐饮服务商合作,让商户的资金、管理、数据更好地联通在一起,以提升整体服务能力。

当前,海外的支付公司正在和大量传统软件公司结合,以提供一个基于软硬件的、整体的解决方案。其中不仅包括很多老牌的支付公司和银行,也包括很多新兴支付机构,如Square、Stripe等。支付机构越来越多地和软件公司建立战略联盟,有些甚至是通过并购和投资的方式结合,不仅打通了业务,更重要的是打通了信息和数据。

At present, payment companies abroad are joining a large number of traditional software companies to provide an integrated solution based on hardware and software. These include not only many old payment companies and banks, but also many new and emerging payment agencies, such as Square, Stripe, and others.

他指出,目前更多的海外同行下沉到了底层,这涉及要怎么建立,不同接口之间怎么定标准,以及如何让传输更有效率、更安全,数据分享的规则更健全等等。

He noted that more overseas counterparts were now sinking to the bottom, which involved how to build, how to set standards between different interfaces, how to make transmissions more efficient and safer, and how to improve the rules for data sharing.

“以往只要做好商户收款,资金结算高效、准确,能够根据商户的需求去完成资金管理就够了,现在发现这是远远不够的。目前对于商家而言,支付已经从原先简单的收款通道,变成现在全渠道收款,要符合各种场景,要能够应对各种支付方式,从线上到线下,从公域到私域,从国内到国际,对交易,资金流设计,结算服务提出了更加复杂和模糊的高难度要求。”汤伟表示,许多大客户和产业上下游的关系非常紧密,所有的资金、账户,都要与供应链、分销链高度匹配,任何环节没有匹配上,都会明显影响生产和运营。

具体来看,要做到数字化集成,首先要把数据更好地集成,以形成不同解决方案的定制能力,同时与SaaS进行连接和打通,利用智能分析和决策强化整个数字化能力。其次,平台要和企业财务系统、税务系统、发票系统打通,渗入到公司经营和业务的方方面面。最后实现灵活配置的收款、分账和结算能力,以帮助用户在不同集团、连锁、门店、分公司之间实现高效资金流转,支付机构要提供更多差异化服务,而不是持续在支付费率上进行同质化竞争。

王蓬博表示,数字化服务和新行业场景的探索成为了不少支付机构的重点发力方向,Web3.0一直被认为是能够颠覆未来互联网发展的行业,值得提前布局,但同时也要注意,Web3.0盈利模式仍然不稳定,特别是在中国要考虑到行业监管的影响。

Wang Pombo stated that the exploration of digital services and new business scenes has become a priority for many payment agencies. Web3.0 has always been seen as an industry capable of destabilizing future Internet developments and worthy of early deployment. At the same time, it is important to note that the Web3.0 profit model remains unstable, especially in China, taking into account the impact of industry regulation.
