1月10日，国家互联网信息办公室发布《区块链信息服务管理规定》（以下简称“《规定》”）。《规定》要求，区块链信息服务提供者应当在提供服务之日起十个工作日内通过区块链信息服务备案管理系统填报备案信息。
On 10 January, the National Internet Information Office issued Regulations for the Management of Block Chain Information Services (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”). The Regulations require that block chain information service providers should file information through the Block Chain Information Service filing system within 10 working days of the date of service.
1月28日起，区块链信息服务备案管理系统上线运行，官方网址为https://bcbeian.ifcert.cn/。备案主体通过官网填报备案信息、查看备案审核状态，普通用户通过官网查询备案信息。具体操作说明访问https://bcbeian.ifcert.cn/查看。
Since 28 January, the Block Chain Information Service filing management system is operational online at https://bcbean.ifcert.cn/. The filers fill in filing information via the official web, view the status of filing clearance, and ordinary users access filing information via the official web.
区块链信息服务备案仅对备案主体所从事的区块链信息服务进行登记，信息由备案主体自行填报，该备案不对具体的主体、产品、业务等承担法律责任，任何机构和个人不得将备案结果用于宣传和其他用途。
The block chain information service records only the block chain information services carried out by the filers, the information being submitted by the filers themselves, which are not legally responsible for specific subjects, products, operations, etc., and no institution or individual may use the results of the file for publicity and other purposes.
国家互联网应急中心作为技术支撑单位，负责区块链信息服务备案管理系统的运营和维护，并组织本次备案工作。
The National InterNetwork Emergency Response Centre, as the technical support unit, is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the sector chain information service filing management system and the organization of this filing.
