12月16日，騰訊科技（深圳）有限公司深汕雲計算數據中心在深汕特別合作區舉行奠基儀式。中央政治局委員、廣東省委書記汪洋，廣東省委副書記、代省長朱小丹， 廣東省委常委、深圳市委書記王榮，深圳市市長許勤，汕尾市委書記鄭雁雄、代市長吳紫骊等省市領導與騰訊公司主要創始人、董事會主席、首席執行官馬化騰先生，騰訊公司主要創始人、首席行政官陳一丹先生一起為項目奠基揮動金鏟。
