第三届区块链、信息技术与智慧金融国际学术会议 (ICBIS2024) 将于2024年2月23-25日在马来西亚举行。本次会议主要围绕“区块链、信息技术与智慧金融”的新研究展开，此次会议汇聚了世界各地该领域的专家、学者、研究人员及相关从业人员，分享研究成果，探讨热点问题，为参会者提供最前沿的科技资讯，使其能及时了解行业发展动态、掌握最新技术，拓宽研究视野，推动学术进步。ICBIS2024诚邀您的加入！

The third International Academic Conference on Block Chains, Information Technology and Smart Finance (ICBIS 2024) will be held in Malaysia from 23 to 25 February 2024. The conference will focus on new research on block chains, information technology and smart finance. It will bring together experts, scholars, researchers and relevant practitioners from around the world to share research results, explore topical issues, provide participants with cutting-edge scientific and technological information, keep them abreast of developments in the industry, keep abreast of the latest technologies, broaden research horizons, and promote academic progress.

Papers published

所有的投稿都必须经过2-3位组委会专家审稿，经过严格的审稿之后，最终所有录用的论文将由AHCS-Atlantis Highlights in Computer Sciences (ISSN: 2589-4900)出版，见刊后将提交EI，Scopus, CNKI检索。

All contributions have to be reviewed by two to three Committee experts and, after a rigorous review, all final papers for use will be published by AHCS-Atlantis Highlights in Computer Science (ISSN: 2589-4900), which will then be submitted to EI, Scopus, CNKI for retrieval.
