多家比特币平台停止交易 投资者开启“搬砖”套利模式

　　昨日，有报道称，北京市相关机构已约谈辖区内平台，并发出有关清退事宜的通知。通知要求，辖区内交易平台要在9月15日24点前发布公告，明确停止所有虚拟货币交易的最终时间，并停止新用户注册。各交易所应于2017年9月20日18点前制定详细的无风险清理清退工作方案，妥善处理好债权债务关系，确保投资者资金和各类虚拟货币的安全。各交易场所股东、实际控制人、高级管理人员、财务负责人、核心技术负责人在清理退出期间要在京全力配合做好平台清理退出工作。但截至北京青年报记者发稿时，相关权威部门并没有确认这一消息。

　　早在9月8日就有消息称，监管当局决定关闭中国境内虚拟货币的交易所,目前该决议已经部署到地方。今年以来，以比特币为代表的虚拟货币全线暴涨好几倍，引得大批没有任何技术和投资知识的普通人杀入这个高风险市场。有知情人士透露称，监管当局之所以关停虚拟货币交易所，主要是从市场风险、金融风险和社会风险三方面全面考虑。

　　比特币价格两天缩水超四成

　　截至北青报记者发稿时，火币网比特币报价已经跌至17630元左右，在前日暴跌至20000元左右的基础上又大跌超17%。以9月初32000元左右的最高价计算，比特币国内价格不到半个月已缩水近45%；莱特币报价为217元,跌幅超过29%。

　　相比比特币价格暴跌，今后无法在交易平台上买卖更让投资者担心。不过，一些投资者早就想好了退路，那就是通过海内外平台“搬砖”套利。

Investors are more worried that they will not be able to buy or sell on trading platforms in the future than the price of bitcoin has fallen. However, some investors have long figured out a way out, which is to “brick up” arbitrage through domestic and external platforms.

　　所谓“搬砖”，就是从国内平台买入比特币并转移到海外平台，再将海外平台的比特币提现存到境外银行账户。收益为海内外平台价差，成本为比特币交易手续费、转移手续费，比特币从海外平台买卖手续费、比特币从海外平台提现费用。一般情况下，这些费用加起来也很大，因此正常情况下“搬砖”赚不了太多钱，可一旦遇到重大利空或利多消息，全球不同国家的平台报价来不及同步反应，就是套利的最好机会。比如，9月4日中国宣布叫停各类ICO，当晚海内外价差最大达每币6000元，如此价差下，各种中间费用都可忽略。9月14日晚上又是一个好机会，有资深玩家当晚在朋友圈表示：“国外3500美元，国内3200美元，搬砖机会又来了。”
