炒作虚拟货币终将一场空
The virtual currency will end up empty
“币圈崩了”又上热搜。近日，虚拟货币市场遭遇一场“大洗劫”。首先是有“币圈茅台”之称的LUNA币狂泻逾99%，自5月11日起，从30美元上方，跌至5月14晚间的0.0003美元左右，近乎归零。比特币、以太坊等虚拟货币也接连暴跌，5月12日，比特币由3.2万美元左右跌破2.7万美元。
In recent days, the virtual currency market has been hit by a “big robbery.” First, the LUNA coin, known as the “pig of the currency”, has collapsed by more than 99 per cent, falling from over $30 to around $0.0003 in the evening of 14 May, almost zero. Virtual currency such as Bitcoin, Ether, and so on, has also fallen sharply, and on 12 May, bitcoin fell from around $32,000 to about $27,000.
一向被币圈人士鼓吹为“数字黄金”“避险资产”的虚拟货币，再次用实际行动证明自身的高风险、“大泡沫”。暴跌主要与美联储加息有关。虚拟货币价格极易受流动性影响，在流动性宽松的市场环境下，投机炒作盛行，推动币值水涨船高，而一旦市场环境转变，行情往往急转直下。今年以来，美联储启动加息周期，全球流动性收紧，尤其是5月初，美联储一次性加息50个基点，对资金面和市场情绪带来利空影响，虚拟货币首当其冲。
Virtual currency prices are highly volatile, with speculation prevailing in a fluid market environment that pushes up the value of the currency, and when the market environment changes, the situation tends to get sharper. Since this year, the Fed has launched a cycle of interest hikes, and global liquidity has tightened, especially at the beginning of May, when the Fed’s 50 basis points for a one-time interest increase have had a negative impact on the face of capital and market sentiment.
暴涨暴跌是虚拟货币的一贯表现。虚拟货币没有实际价值支撑，价格极易被操纵，监管方向的变化、几个投资巨鳄的买卖等就能导致币值剧烈波动，引发大量抛售。
Surges and falls are consistent manifestations of virtual currency. Virtual currency is not supported by real value, prices are extremely easy to manipulate, changes in regulatory direction and the sale and sale of several investment giants can lead to sharp currency fluctuations, triggering large-scale sales.
在我国监管部门筑牢防火墙的努力下，有效阻隔了虚拟货币风险在国内的传导。去年以来，央行等部门出台一系列措施，禁止金融机构开展和参与虚拟货币相关业务、清理取缔境内虚拟货币交易平台、加大核查整治“挖矿”力度等，全方位浇灭虚拟货币炒作“虚火”，给投资者的钱袋子装上“保护锁”。此次虚拟货币惨遭“血洗”，再次证明我国监管部门的行动果断有力、及时必要。
Since last year, central banks, among others, have put in place a series of measures to prohibit financial institutions from carrying out and participating in virtual currency-related operations, to clean up virtual currency trading platforms in the country, to increase the verification of “mining” efforts, and to eliminate virtual money from all sides as a “flash” and to put a “protective lock” on investors’ money bags. This “blood-washing” of virtual money has proved once again the decisiveness and timeliness of our regulatory action.
需要强调的是，在我国，虚拟货币交易不受法律保护。去年9月，10部门发布《关于进一步防范和处置虚拟货币交易炒作风险的通知》，明确任何法人、非法人组织和自然人投资虚拟货币及相关衍生品，违背公序良俗的，相关民事法律行为无效，由此引发的损失由其自行承担；涉嫌破坏金融秩序、危害金融安全的，由相关部门依法查处。这意味着，投资者贸然“入圈”，自负亏损不说，还很可能触碰法律红线。
It should be emphasized that virtual currency transactions are not protected by law in our country. In September last year, the 10 departments issued a circular on the further prevention and treatment of the risks involved in virtual currency transactions, identifying any legal person, illegal organization or natural person who invests in virtual currency and related derivatives in a manner that is contrary to public order and that the relevant civil law acts are null and void, and the resulting losses are borne by the relevant authorities. This means that investors are “circumstanced” and are likely to touch the legal line.
对于一个投资标的而言，若空有投机炒作热度，缺乏实际广泛应用场景，是没有发展前景的。当前，暴跌仍在持续，谁也不知道这列“失控的过山车”何时驶到终点。投资者应保持理性，及时掐灭抄底以及一夜暴富的贪念，远离相关交易炒作活动，否则很可能“币去财空”。
For an investment target, there is no prospect of development if there is speculation about heat and a lack of practical and widespread application. The current collapse is continuing, and no one knows when the “uncontrollable mountain truck” will reach its destination. Investors should remain rational, stifling the bottom and the greed of one night’s richness in time, away from the peddling of related transactions, otherwise they are likely to be “money-free”.
