财联社创投通：4月全球Web3融资总额9.7亿美元 Berachain估值达15亿美元

财联社5月7日讯（记者 徐赐豪），据财联社创投通统计，4月份，全球Web3领域共有102笔融资事件，环比增长7.37%；融资总额达9.7亿美元，环比下降24.15%。

细分赛道方面， 4月份融资数量和总额做多的是区块链基础设施赛道，该赛道43个项目获得6.85亿美元；其次是DeFi赛道25个项目获得1.52亿美元融资。

With regard to the breakdown of the track, the bulk and total of financing in April was the block chain infrastructure track, where 43 projects received $685 million; followed by the DeFi track, where 25 projects received $152 million in financing.

从机构来看，OKX Ventures在4月份出手达9次，成为当月出手最多机构。其他如水滴资本（Waterdrip Capital）出手两次，三星电子旗下投资公司Samsung Next和红杉资本各有一次出手。

From an institutional point of view, OKX Ventures was the largest player in April. Others like Waterdrip Capital twice, Samsung Next and Redwood Capital each.

4月份Web3融资总额达9.7亿美元

Financing for Web3 amounted to US$ 970 million in April

如上图所示， 4月份全球Web3领域融资总数量为102笔，较3月份的95笔环比增长7.37%；4月份融资总额为9.7亿美元，较3月份的9.94亿美元环比下降24.15%。

As shown in the figure above, the global total of financing in the Web3 area was 102 in April, an increase of 7.37 per cent over the 95 rings in March, and $970 million in April, a decrease of 24.15 per cent from the $994 million ring in March.

其中，4月份单笔上千万美元的融资有19笔，与3月份的31笔相比少了12笔。不过与3月份没有上亿美元融资不同的是，4月份有2笔上亿美元的融资，分别是Monad Labs和Berachain。如下

Of that amount, 19 single multi-million-dollar financing in April, 12 fewer than 31 in March. But, unlike in March, there were two multi-billion-dollar financing in April, namely, Monad Labs and Berachain, as follows.

Layer 1 区块链 Monad Labs 4月9日宣布完成 2.25 亿美元融资，本轮融资由 Paradigm 领投，其他投资者包括 Electric Capital、Castle Island Ventures等机构。

The Layer 1 block chain, Monad Labs, announced the completion of the $225 million financing on 9 April, with the current round of financing being led by Paradigm, with other investors including Electric Capital, Castle Island Ventures and others.

值得一提的是，这也是2024 年迄今为止最大的加密货币领域融资。Monad 的创新来自于从头开始重建以太坊的区块链——保持执行智能合约的能力，同时以更快的速度、更高的容量和更低的成本完成交易，缓解现有区块链的严重瓶颈，并实现更复杂的应用程序和更广泛的采用。

It is worth mentioning that this is also the largest area of encrypt currency financing since 2024. The innovation of Monad comes from rebuilding the Ether block chain from the beginning – maintaining the ability to execute smart contracts while at the same time completing transactions at a faster pace, higher capacity and lower cost, alleviating serious bottlenecks in the existing block chain, and achieving more sophisticated applications and wider adoption.

The Layer1 public chain Berachain announced on April 12 that it had completed $100 million in B-round financing, valued at $1.5 billion. The financing was co-directed by the Abu Dhabi branch of Brevan Howard Digital and Framework Ventures, with other contributors including Polychain Capital, Hack VC, Samsung Next, etc.

据悉，Berachain 是一个基于 DeFi 的 EVM 兼容 L1，构建在 Cosmos SDK 之上，由流动性共识证明提供支持。曾于去年 4 月完成 4200 万美元 A 轮融资，估值为 4.2 亿美元。

According to the report, Berachain is a Devi-based EVM compatible L1, built on Cosmos SDK and supported by a liquidity consensus. The $42 million A round of financing was completed last April, valued at $420 million.

区块基础设施赛道吸金最多

如上图所示，从细分赛道来看，只有区块链基础设施赛道和DeFi赛道融资总额相比3月份有所增长，其他如元宇宙游戏、CeFi以及NFT赛道的融资总额相较于3月份有不同程度的下降。

As shown in the figure above, only the block-chain infrastructure track and the total deFi track financing increased in March compared with the total in March, while other areas, such as meta-cosm games, CeFi and the NFT track, decreased to varying degrees compared to March.

具体而言，区块链基础设施4月份有43个项目获得总共6.85亿美元融资；DeFi赛道25个项目获得1.52亿美元融资。此外，元宇宙游戏赛道21个项目获得0.89亿美元融资； CeFi赛道9个项目获得0.61亿美元；4个NFT赛道的项目获得0.12亿美元。

Specifically, 43 block chain infrastructure projects received a total of $685 million in financing in April; 25 projects on the DeFi track received $152 million in funding. In addition, 21 projects on the WonCosmos track received $89 million in funding; nine projects on the CeFi track received $61 million; and four projects on the NFT track received $12 million.

从轮次来看，4月份的融资主要集中在种子轮和A轮。其中种子轮占比达到42.16%；A轮占比达到11.76%。其他轮次有一定比例。

In terms of rotations, funding in April was concentrated mainly on seed wheels and rounds A. The proportion of seed rotations reached 42.16 per cent; the proportion of A rounds reached 11.76 per cent.

机构出手方面，OKX Ventures在4月出手9次，成为出手次数最多的机构，其中有5次投向区块链基础设施，2次投向了元宇宙游戏，DeFi和社交各有一次。

On the institutional front, OKX Ventures became the largest player on nine occasions in April, five to block chain infrastructure, two to meta-cosm games, and one to DeFi and one to social networking.

Animoca Brands、HashKey Capital和Polychain Capital在4月份出手4次，其中Animoca Brands有3次投向元宇宙游戏，另外一次投向了区块链基础设施；HashKey Capital有3次投向区块链基础设施，一次投向了元宇宙游戏；而Polychain Capital两次投向区块链基础设施，另外DeFi和社交各有一次。

Animoca Brands, HashKey Capital and Polychain Capital took the lead four times in April, three of them to the meta-cosmos game and one to the block chain infrastructure; HashKey Capital to the grid infrastructure and one to the meta-cosmos; and Polychain Capital to the grid infrastructure twice, and DeFi and social networking to each of them.

此外，水滴资本（Waterdrip Capital）出手两次，三星电子旗下投资公司Samsung Next和红杉资本各有一次出手。

中国市场5个项目获得融资

1、Zeus Network

总部位于中国台湾的Solana 生态跨链通信网络 Zeus Network 宣布以 1 亿美元估值完成 800 万美元融资，Mechanism Capital 领投，OKX Ventures、Animoca Ventures等机构跟投。

Zeus Network, an ecological cross-chain communication network based in Taiwan, announced the completion of US$ 8 million in funding with a US$ 100 million valuation, the Mechanism Capital investment, and other institutions such as OKX Ventures, Animoca Ventures and others.

2、RootData

总部位于中国香港地区的RootData宣布获得北极光创投的领投、港股上市公司博雅互动、Bonfire Union Ventures（ Mask Network 旗下基金）、Sending Labs、 Skyland Ventures、GoPlus、Basics Capital、 Rebase D.Ventures 、UniSat、See DAO 参投的125万美元的融资。

RootData, based in Hong Kong, China, announced funding of $1.25 million from Arctic Light Investment, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Bonfire Union Ventures (Mask Network Fund), Sending Labs, Skyland Ventures, GoPlus, Basics Capital, Rebase D. Ventures, UniSat and See DAO.

The NFT social platform in Hong Kong, China, only1 announced the completion of $1.3 million in strategic financing, a round led by Newman Group, Folius Ventures, Modular Capital, Petroc Capital, and Angel Investors.

Only1 是一个 Web 3.0 社交平台，用户通过参与获得收益，并且可以推出 Memberpass NFT 并为会员发布独家内容。

5、Metale Protocol

Web3 内容分发协议 Metale Protocol 近日宣布额外获得 200 万美元融资，Waterdrip Capital、Aipollo Investment 和 Ultiverse 等参投，截至目前其种子轮融资总额已达到 400 万美元。

The Web3 content distribution agreement Metale Protocol recently announced the receipt of an additional $2 million in financing, with the participation of Waterdrip Capital, Aipollo Investment and Ultiverse, which to date has reached a total of $4 million in seed rotation financing.

据悉，去年9 月，Web3 去中心化阅读应用 Read2N 宣布进行品牌升级，更名为 Metale Protocol。
