The paper describes the process of applying for the super-representatives at the wavefield, the purpose of the role, and how they play an important role in the TRAC Consensus mechanism.

The vote requires TRON Power (which of the following represents TP), and the number of TPs depends on the voter's freezing of assets (TRX).
