In the early news of 21 August Beijing time, the latest release by the United States Federal Court indicated that the United States Department of Homeland Security seized over $2.9 million in May of this year when it closed an account at Mt. Gox, the world's largest bitcoin trading market.
该账号是由一个名叫Dwolla的第三方支付平台控制的，该平台的作用与PayPal类似。这笔总额2,915,507.40的资金属于东京Mt.Gox公司的美国子公司Mutum Sigillum。此事对比特币行业的发展影响深远，虽然查封消息之前已经曝光，但具体金额是在法院文件披露后才为外界所知的。
The account is controlled by a third-party payment platform called Dwolla, which plays a similar role to PayPal. The total amount of 2,915,507.40 is owned by Mutum Sigillum, an American subsidiary of the Tokyo company Mt. Gox.

It is not clear what will happen to this funding. Neither the United States Attorney General's Office in Maryland nor Mt. Gox responded.
