比特币中国9月14日晚间在其官方微博发布公告称，根据9月4日下发的《中国人民银行 中央网信办 工业和信息化部 工商总局 银监会 证监会 保监会关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》文件精神，秉承着防范投资风险，最大限度保障用户利益的原则，比特币中国团队经慎重讨论，现做出如下决定：1. 比特币中国数字资产交易平台今日起停止新用户注册；2. 2017年9月30日数字资产交易平台将停止所有交易业务。比特币中国的矿池（国池）等业务将不受此影响，继续正常运营。
On the evening of September 14, Bitcoin China issued an official Weibo announcement stating that, in keeping with the spirit of the Bulletin of the Bank of the People of China Central Networked Information Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Bank of China and the General Superintendency of Trade and Informatics, issued on September 4th, on the principle of protecting against the risk of financing the issuance of coins, and of maximizing the interests of users, the Bitcoin Chinese team, after careful discussion, has decided that: 1. The Bitcoin Chinese Digital Assets Trading Platform will cease the registration of new users as of today; 2. The Digital Assets Trading Platform will cease all trading operations on September 30, 2017.

In accordance with the spirit of the communiqué issued on 4 September by the Central Network Information Agency of the People's Bank of China, the Ministry of Industry and Informatics and the General Directorate of Commerce and Industry of the Bank of China, the Censorship Committee of the Insurance Commission on the protection against the risk of financing the issuance of money in exchange, and in keeping with the principle of preventing investment risks and maximizing the protection of the interests of users, the Bitcoin Chinese team, after careful discussion, has taken the following decision:
1. 比特币中国数字资产交易平台今日起停止新用户注册；
1. Bitcoin China Digital Assets Trading Platform closed its new user registration as of today;
2. 2017年9月30日数字资产交易平台将停止所有交易业务。
2. The Digital Asset Trading Platform will cease all transactions on 30 September 2017.
比特币中国的矿池（国池）等业务将不受此影响，继续正常运营。
Operations such as bitcoin ponds in China will remain unaffected and will continue to operate normally.
