“徐明星，希望你脱胎换骨，回头是岸，与你的OKEx彻底做个了断。”
"Su Star, I want you to change your body, turn back to shore, and finish off with your OKEx."
2018年5月19日，第三届中国金融启蒙年会上，北京市金融工作局党组一位领导向徐明星公开喊话。彼时，他刚辞去数字货币交易所OKEx的CEO不久，还在朋友圈表示：“去中心化”这个词不能很好维护党和国家的大中心形象，他可以随时将交易所上交给国家。
On May 19, 2018, at the Third China Financial Enlightenment, a leader of the Beijing City Financial Work Bureau publicly shouted to Xu Sing. Shortly after he resigned from his CEO from the Digital Currency Exchange, he said in his circle of friends that the word “centreization” was not a good way to preserve the party and the country’s central image, and that he could hand over the exchange to the country at any time.
这样的表态，与徐明星当时所处的环境不无关系。
Such a statement had nothing to do with the circumstances in which Xu was living.
此前不久，多名在虚拟货币交易平台OKEx上进行合约交易的投资者聚集到OKCoin公司楼前讨要说法，一度将徐明星推向舆论的风口浪尖。而对此，OKEx表示，徐明星从未在自己公司任职，与自己无关。
Shortly before, a number of investors who had entered into a contract deal on the virtual currency trading platform OKEx gathered in front of the company building of OKCoin to speak out, once pushing Xu Star to public opinion. In response, OKEx said that Xu Star had never worked in his company and had nothing to do with himself.
但即使5年后的今天，徐明星已率领欧科云链登陆港股多年，专注区块链技术的研发推广，而OKEx也已更名为欧易OKX，两者似乎早已一刀两断。仍有投资者向节点财经表示：“要说它们完全没关系，反正我不信。”
But even today, five years later, Xu has led the Ocowin chain to for many years, focusing on the development and promotion of block chain technology, and OKEx has changed its name to Euro-OKX, which seems to be a dead end.

要了解欧科云链，就不能不了解其创始人徐明星。而要了解徐明星，就必须了解他曾经的“币圈大佬”生涯。
To understand the Ocowin chain, you can't understand its founder, Xu Star. To understand Xu Star, you must know what he used to be.
在进入“币圈”之前，徐明星已经在创业中摸爬滚打了好几年，做过团购网站，参与创建了豆丁网，还在餐饮业O2O领域试过水，但都没有搞起太大的水花。

成立之初，OKCoin就赶上了比特币的一波牛市，交易额一度逼近10亿人民币。不过，随着2013年12月5日，央行等五部委联合发布《关于防范比特币风险的通知》，行情急转直下，交易量急速萎缩。

当时，面对央视的采访，徐明星曾如此戏言。

面对这样的剧烈波动，徐明星并未离开，反而在此后率领OKCoin不断扩张，数年间便成为全球知名的数字货币交易平台之一。

面对监管的要求，徐明星迅速关停了国内的OKCoin，声明积极响应国家政策号召，全面转型为区块链技术开发平台，专注于区块链底层技术的研发和全场景应用的探索。
Faced with regulatory requirements, Xu Sing quickly shut down the country's OKCoin, stating that it responded positively to the call of national policy to fully transform itself into a platform for the development of block chain technology, focusing on the development of block chain bottom technologies and the exploration of landscape applications.
2019年1月，OK集团收购前进控股，登陆港交所，成就了目前的欧科云链。
In January 2019, the OK Group acquired forward holdings and landed at the port, resulting in the current Ocoun chain.
但是，位于大陆之外的OKCoin（国际站）摇身一变，晋级为OKEx，继续在数字货币市场“冲浪”。
However, OKCoin (International Station), which is located outside the continent, moved to OKEx and continued to “surveillance” the digital currency market.
在OKEx的对外声明中，徐明星从未在公司任职，与其也没有任何关系。这一点，欧科云链也做过相似的印证。
In an external statement by OKEx, Xu Sing never worked for the company, and it has nothing to do with it. This is something similar to the Ocowin chain.
“从公司的运营主体、法律关系上看，确实找不到这两家公司还有什么联系。徐明星个人转型还挺成功的，公司上市了，自己也成了这个北京青年互联网协会区块链委员会的主任。”前述投资者说。

但是，徐明星和欧科云链想要摆脱“币圈阴影”，并不容易。
But it is not easy for Xu Star and Ocowin Chain to get out of the currency circle.
2020年10月18日，欧科云链发布公告称，徐明星目前正接受中国公安机关调查。
On 18 October 2020, the Okoyun chain issued an announcement stating that Xu was currently under investigation by the Chinese public security organs.
在此之前的10月16日，OKEx发布公告称，由于近日公司部分私钥负责人正在配合公安机关调查，目前正处于失联状态导致无法完成授权，所以暂停了用户提币。
Prior to that, on 16 October, OKEx issued an announcement stating that the user's money had been suspended because some of the company's private key owners had recently been cooperating with the public security authorities' investigations and were currently in a state of disassociation, which had prevented the completion of the authorization.

一个多月后，11月20日，徐明星在朋友圈发文：“目前，司法机关已经查清事实、还我清白”。
More than a month later, on 20 November, Xu Star wrote in a circle of friends: “The judiciary has now ascertained the facts and cleared me”.
几乎同时，OKEx发布公告称，平台的提币功能暂停了一段时间，目前问题已得到解决，有关人员已经返回工作岗位。
At almost the same time, OKEx issued an announcement stating that the platform's tender function had been suspended for a period of time and that the problem had now been resolved and that the persons concerned had returned to work.
难道这一切都是巧合吗？
Is this all a coincidence?
2021年6月，徐明星申请注销解散北京乐酷达网络科技有限公司，后者之前是OKCoin的国内运营公司。
In June 2021, Xu-Star applied to cancel the dissolution of Lekuda Network Science and Technology Ltd. in Beijing, formerly a domestic operating company of OKCoin.
“这么做，显然是为了和币圈撇清关系，不过他和OEKx到底什么关系，可能只有他自己知道吧。”前述投资者说。
“This is obviously done in order to clear the currency circle, but he may be the only one who knows what his relationship with OEKx is.” The former investor said.
在这位投资者看来，数字货币交易所是一只“能下金蛋的鸡”，可惜无法装入上市公司。“欧科现在赚得钱，比开交易所差远了。”
In the investor's view, the Digital Currency Exchange is a “kitt that can lay golden eggs” that unfortunately cannot be loaded into a listed company. “Oco now earns money, far from opening the exchange.”
那么，欧科云链现在又做得怎么样呢？
So, how's the Ocowin chain doing now?
转型背后，风险何在？
What are the risks behind
这要从OK集团的借壳、改名说起。
This begins with the loan of the OK Group, a change of name.
2019年1月17日，徐明星以用场外收购的方式，买入港股上市公司前进控股31.83亿股的股票，买入份额占已发行的有投票权股份的60.49%，总金额4.84亿港元。
On 17 January 2019, Xu-sung purchased 3,183 million shares of the forward holdings of the Hong Kong stock listings by means of off-site purchases, with a share of 60.49 per cent of the voting shares issued, for a total value of HK$ 484 million.
当年11月，OK集团宣布启用品牌中文名“欧科集团”。
In November of that year, the “OK Group” announced the introduction of the brand Chinese name “Eco Group”.
据《OK集团启用品牌中文名公告》中介绍, 之所以改名“欧科”，其寓意要用区块链技术为世界创造一个无穷大的可能性。欧，来自“欧几里德空间”暨N维的理论无穷大的空间，寓意着“无穷大的可能性”。
The reason for changing the name “Occo” is to use block chain technology to create an infinite possibility for the world, as described in the “OK Group Launching Chinese Name Bulletin.” The idea of “Euclid Space” and “Nvi” means “Infinite Possibilities.”
徐明星用改名，彰显了对区块链底层技术和全场景应用的专注，和过去“OK”说拜拜。

紧接着，2019年年底，前进控股更名为欧科云链控股有限公司，欧科云链正式亮相。
Immediately thereafter, at the end of 2019, the forward holding was renamed Okoyun Chain Holdings Ltd. and the Okoyun Chain was officially visible.
2022年11月29日，欧科云链发布了最新的业绩公告。截至2022年9月30日的六个月时间里，集团期内收益约为1.82亿港元，实现扭亏为盈。受益于业务架构的优化，集团期内实现净利润约3520万港元，而去年同期亏损约为2890万港元。
On November 29, 2022, the Ocoun chain issued its latest performance announcement. During the six-month period up to September 30, 2022, the Group earned approximately HK$182 million over the group period, resulting in a reversal of losses.
从财报上看，欧科云链的业绩表现确实不错。
The Okoyun chain did perform well in the financial statements.
其中，数字资产自营投资业务实现收入7300万港元，占总营业收入的比例约为40%；技术服务实现收入约2300万港元，同比增长约1.7倍。“借壳”前公司主营的地基工程+建筑废物处理业务，占总营收比重下降至47.5%。
Of this amount, 73 million Hong Kong dollars (K$) was earned on self-investment in digital assets, representing about 40 per cent of total operating income; about 23 million Hong Kong dollars (K$) was earned on technical services, representing an increase of about 1.7 times the same year.
对于欧科云链目前的转型，全联并购公会信用管理委员会专家安光勇认为，围绕区块链，欧科云链布局了一系列的数据安全相关的产品体系，成功地把区块链、虚拟货币、数据安全、元宇宙等几个风口都串联起来，形成了这几个风口之间的协同效果。同时也非常难得的是，已经在技术层面有了突破。
With regard to the current transformation of the Ocowin chain, Angwang-Yung, an expert in the credit management committee of the All-China M&A, argues that a series of data security-related product systems have been deployed around the block chain, successfully linking blocks, virtual money, data security, meta-cosm, and so on, creating synergies between them. It is also very rare that a breakthrough has been made at the technical level.
对应在具体产品上，欧科云链先后推出了OKLink区块链浏览器、链上天眼、链上大师等多款应用，形成了基于链上数据处理与应用的全链条产品矩阵。
For specific products, the Ocowin chain introduced multiple applications such as the OKLink block-chain browser, the Sky-eye on the chain, and the master on the chain, resulting in a full-chain product matrix based on data processing and application on the chain.
安光勇表示，虽然欧科云链新板块中的大部分收入是数据资产的信托（虚拟稳定币），技术输出相关的收入相对较少，但考虑到这个领域的特点，光是有了收入就已经是很大的成就。
Angwang-Yung said that, while most of the revenue from the new Eucoun chain was from the data asset Trust (virtual stabilizer), the income associated with technology exports was relatively small, but given the characteristics of this area, income alone was already a great achievement.
但是，这并不代表欧科云链的转型已经彻底成功了。
But that does not mean that the transformation of the Ocowin chain has been completely successful.
截至2022年9月30日，欧科云链所持有的重大数字资产包括9941.53万枚稳定币和1512枚比特币。
As at 30 September 2022, significant digital assets held in the Ocoun chain included 9941.53 million stabilization notes and 1512 bitcoins.
而在2022年6月底发布的财报显示，截至3月31日，其共持有3289.82万枚稳定币、3516枚以太坊和171枚比特币。当时这三种主要数字资产占到了欧科云链总资产的41.2%。
The financial statements issued at the end of June 2022 showed that, as at 31 March, it held 3,289.82 million stabilizers, 3,516 in Taiku and 171 in bitcoins, which at that time accounted for 41.2 per cent of the total assets of the Ocoun chain.
对比发现，半年时间内，欧科云链所持比特币数量有大幅增加。
A comparison found that the amount of bitcoin held in the Ocoun chain had increased significantly over a six-month period.
目前，欧科云链的总市值仅约为10亿港元。而众所周知，数字资产具有很强的波动性。特别是2022年以来，大的风险事件不断，比如LUNA稳定币爆雷、FTX交易所破产等，对行业和市场冲击很大。而随着比特币跌破18000美元/枚，下滑趋势仍未看到反转的迹象。
In particular, since 2022, large-scale risk events, such as LUNA’s steady currency explosion and the bankruptcy of the FTX exchange, have hit industry and markets hard. And as Bitcoins have fallen by $18,000, the downward trend still does not show signs of reversal.
对此，安光勇也指出，由于数字资产的不稳定性特性，导致对欧科云链财报的分析，很难做长期的预测。
In this regard, Angwang also pointed out that the unstable nature of digital assets makes it difficult to make long-term predictions because of the analysis of the Ocoun chain.
那么，如何从更长期的角度，对欧科云链的未来进行分析呢？
How, then, can the future of the Ocowin chain be analysed in the longer term?
抓住风口，还有更长的路要走
这就需要对欧科云链的具体业务进行一番观察和了解。
This requires some observation and understanding of the specific operations of the Okoyun chain.
从产业政策的角度来看，近年来区块链技术逐步上升到了国家战略的高度，并被纳入了新基建，成为“十四五”七大数字经济重点产业之一。欧科云链作为行业内入局最早的一批企业，具有一定的技术积累。
From the point of view of industrial policy, block chain technology has gradually risen to the height of the national strategy in recent years, and has been incorporated into new infrastructure, becoming one of the seven major industries in the “14th Five” digital economy. The Ocoun chain, as the first enterprise to enter the industry, has a certain amount of technological accumulation.
2019年6月，欧科集团上线了OKLink区块链浏览器，它是OKLink在区块链+大数据领域落地的首款基建型应用。到了2020年9月，其又上线了区块链安全系统“链上天眼”。
In June 2019, the OCO Group went online with the OKLink block chain browser, which is the first base-building application where OKLink landed in the block chain plus the big data area. By September 2020, it went back online to the block chain security system, the “Class on the Sky”.
这一应用通过溯源数字资产、监控非法交易等手段，针对遏制洗钱等非法行为、协助执法机关办案，守护链上金融安全，打造法务等区块链系统提供技术支持，为国内场景提供了一条新的、有效的解决方案。
This application provides a new and effective solution to the domestic scene by providing technical support for systems such as retroactive digital assets, surveillance of illegal transactions, assistance to law enforcement agencies in dealing with illegal acts such as money-laundering, protection of financial security on the chain of custody and the creation of a legal block chain system.
区块链行业专家杨池然告诉节点财经：“近年来区块链技术的应用越来越广泛，已经成为数字经济发展的核心基础之一，比如金融是区块链技术应用场景中探索最多的领域，占整体的25%，其安全就尤其重要。”
“The growing use of block chain technology in recent years has become one of the core foundations of digital economic development, such as finance, which is the area most explored in the landscape of block chain technology applications, accounting for 25 per cent of the total, and its security is particularly important.” ()
他进一步指出，对于个人投资者来说，未来DeFi、NFT等基于区块链的创新业态快速发展，大量智能合约被部署、调用，被锁定在里面的数字资产也极易成为黑客攻击的目标，从而导致巨额的资金损失。
He further noted that, for individual investors, future innovations such as DeFi, NFT and others based on block chains were rapidly developing, with a large number of smart contracts deployed and called, and digital assets locked in were highly vulnerable to hacking, leading to significant financial losses.
此外，欧科云链还推出了一款名为“链上大师”的产品，涵盖了15大公链，很大程度上丰富了金融、教育以及区块链从业研究者所需的数据来源。
In addition, the Ocowin chain has launched a product called the “Master on the Chain”, which covers 15 major public chains and greatly enriches the sources of data needed by financial, educational and block-link researchers.
从市场规模来看，银行证券研报显示，2017年中国区块链行业市场规模在 0.85亿美元，2020年达到5.61 亿美元，年均复合增长率为87.58%。预计到2026年，我国区块链和新产品和解决方案及相关衍生产业的市场规模将达到百亿美元。
目前，随着Web3.0、元宇宙等风口的到来，欧科云链似乎也开始了相关的布局。在今年5月甲子光年与欧科云链副总裁张超的交流中，后者甚至提出了“All in Web3.0”。

杨池然认为，区块链、元宇宙等产业固然蕴藏着巨大的机会，但竞争也非常激烈。
Yang Ji argued that, while industries such as block chains, meta-cosmos and others had great opportunities, competition was also intense.
“哪家企业能笑到最后，目前下结论还为时尚早，你看扎克伯格ALL IN了元宇宙，现在也碰了一鼻子灰。”他说。
"Whoever laughs at the end, it's too early to come to a conclusion.
如今，欧科云链似乎站上了风口，但这并不意味着一定成功。更重要的是，占比过大的数字资产随着比特币行情的大幅波动，对业绩表现的影响仍充满不确定性。
Today, Ocowin’s chain seems to be in the air, but this does not mean that it will succeed. More importantly, the impact on performance remains uncertain as the excess digital assets fluctuate widely in Bitcoin.
从OK到欧科，想要摆脱比特币的徐明星，还有很长的路要走。
From OK to Oco, there's still a long way to go to get rid of Bitcoin's Xu Star.
