本報訊（記者 楊旗）昨天上午，長安鏈重大成果發布會舉行，發布區塊鏈專用芯片、重點應用場景等重大成果。市委副書記、市長陳吉寧出席並致辭。

陳吉寧在致辭中對中央有關單位和企業給予長安鏈生態聯盟工作的關心、指導和支持表示感謝，向重大成果的發布表示祝賀。他說，近年來，北京市把區塊鏈作為核心技術自主創新的重要突破口和國際科技創新中心建設的重要抓手，圍繞基礎理論、核心技術、產業生態、標准制定等方面系統布局，推進區塊鏈技術自主創新、加速突破。2021年1月長安鏈生態聯盟成立以來，著力夯實底層技術根基，長安鏈軟硬件技術體系實現自主可控、持續迭代升級，在政務數據共享、碳交易、供應鏈金融、市場監管等領域部署了一批示范性強的應用場景，成功研制出全球首款集強算力與高安全於一體的自主可控專用芯片，在區塊鏈前沿基礎理論和關鍵核心技術上取得了先發態勢，形成了發揮社會主義市場經濟條件下新型舉國體制優勢、探索國際科技創新中心建設新路子的生動實踐。
Chen, in his speech, thanked the central authorities and companies for their interest in, guidance of, and support for the work of the Coalition, and congratulated it on its important achievements. He said that in recent years, the city of Beijing had used the chain as an important new entry point for core technology and for the international technology innovation centre, surrounding the architecture, core technology, industry, and standard-setting systems. In January 2021, the Coalition was founded to develop a new model and accelerated breakthrough.
陳吉寧說，此次發布區塊鏈專用芯片和重點應用場景，標志著區塊鏈技術發展和聯盟建設邁上新台階。希望聯盟成員聚焦區塊鏈高性能、安全性、隱私保護、可擴展性等方向，加強基礎理論和關鍵共性技術攻關，加快算力平台建設，推進標准體系制定，為區塊鏈技術應用提供更多源頭活水。以長安鏈主鏈生態網絡為基石，推動區塊鏈技術與數字經濟、民生保障、智慧城市等深度融合，拓展應用場景布局，縮短落地周期，逐步構建覆蓋全社會、各行業、各領域的應用生態網絡。完善政產學研用協同創新機制，利用好人工智能、大數據等技術，優化科研范式，不斷加速創新進程，為經濟高質量發展持續注入新動能新活力。
Chen Jingning said that the distribution chain was designed to use microchip and focus applications to mark the development of the chain and the creation of the Alliance’s new stage. It was hoped that the Alliance’s members would focus on the high performance, safety, privacy protection, expansion of the chain, such directions as high performance, safety, televising of the grid, short-term ground-based theory and key common technologies, speeding up the construction of the computer platform, pushing the standard system, and providing more raw water for the use of the chain technology. Using the long chain network as a cornerstone, promoting the deep integration of the sector’s grid and digital economy, livelihood security, intelligent cities, etc.
會上，北京微芯區塊鏈與邊緣計算研究院發布了區塊鏈專用芯片等成果，23家聯盟新增成員單位代表簽訂倡議書，宣布加入聯盟。相關聯盟成員單位發布了食品安全、物資採購、醫療健康和5G信息通信等重點應用場景。
At the conference, the Beijing Micro-Cultural Chains and Edges Institute published results such as chain-specific chips, and 23 new coalition members signed an initiative and announced their membership. Associated coalition members published applications for key points such as food security, goods purchases, medical health and 5G information communications.
科技部副部長相裡斌，工業和信息化部副部長王志軍，中糧集團有限公司董事長呂軍，中國華電集團有限公司董事長溫樞剛，中國通用技術（集團）控股有限責任公司董事長於旭波，中國聯合網絡通信集團有限公司總經理陳忠岳，北京市副市長、市政府秘書長靳偉參加。
