2016年11月18日，证监会新闻发言人张晓军通报证监会依法对6宗案件作出行政处罚，其中便包括创势翔操纵市场一案。
On 18 November 2016, the CSRC press spokesman, Zhang Xiaojun, informed the CSRC that administrative sanctions had been imposed by law in six cases, including the case of market manipulation.
证监会给创势翔开出“没收创势翔违法所得约2073.8万元，并处以约6221.5万元罚款”的巨额罚单，黄平个人也一并遭罚。
The SEC issued a large fine of RMB 2,078,000 “for the confiscation of the proceeds of the crime and a fine of RMB 6,225,000”, which was shared by Huang Ping's individual.
