华为云发布区块链白皮书 加速区块链技术行业落地

今日，在2018华为分析师大会(HAS2018)期间，华为云BU总裁郑叶来在云专场发布《华为区块链白皮书》。该白皮书系统的介绍了区块链的兴起、核心技术及原理机制、国内外产业发展现状和典型应用场景，总结了华为历年来在区块链上的研究成果，对华为云区块链服务BCS进行了详细介绍。《华为区块链白皮书》的发布，对加快区块链技术的快速落地，推动行业数字化转型，有着积极的助力作用。

Today, during the 2018s General Conference of Analysts (HS2018), the White Paper on the Wall as a Block Chain was launched at the cloud fair by Chu Yip, President of the Yun BU. The White Paper system describes the emergence of block chains, the core technical and rationale mechanisms, the state of development of domestic and foreign industries and the typical application scenes. It summarizes the results of China’s research over the years on the block chain and provides a detailed account of China’s service to the BCS. The White Paper on the China as a Block Chain has been published as a positive contribution to accelerating the rapid fall of block chain technology and to the digital transformation of the industry.

其实，华为在区块链领域早有布局，早在2016年，华为就开始积极参与Linux基金会下的Hyperledger(又称“超级账本”)项目，该项目是区块链技术领域最具影响力的开源项目，并在两个热度最高的子项目Fabric和STL中持续做出技术和代码贡献，同时被社区授予Maintainer职位，也是两个项目中唯一来自亚洲的Maintainer。

In fact, as early as 2016, China was actively involved in the Hyperledger (also known as the “superbooks”) project under the Linux Foundation, which is the most influential open source project in the technical area of the block chain, with ongoing technical and code contributions in two of the hottest sub-projects, Fabric and STL, while being awarded the Maintainer position by the community and the only one from Asia.

在Hyperledger的Fabric项目中，华为对Chaincode升级等多项功能特性进行了开发和修改，获得社区一致认可并予以采纳。Hyperledger成立中国区技术工作组，华为获得工作组主席职位，并帮助促进全球Hyperledger社区与中国本地技术团队之间的合作，为区块链开源社区在中国的发展和技术推广做出积极贡献。

In Hyperledger’s Fabric project, a number of functional features, such as Chaincode upgrades, were developed and modified in order to gain consensus and adoption by the community. Hyperledger established the China Regional Technical Working Group to gain the position of Chair of the Working Group and to help promote cooperation between the global Hyperledger community and China’s local technical teams, making a positive contribution to the development and technology promotion of open-source communities in China.

The block chain has the characteristics of technology decentralisation, non-recordability and traceability, so as to build greater trust between the participants and the subjects. This feature, combined with business applications, industry landscapes, is truly valuable and is a technological ecology. The White Paper states that the cloud block chain service can be used for data applications, IOT, finance, for example, data transactions, identity certification, proof of information such as real estate/education, telemedicine, food traceability, car networking, IOT equipment management, precision poverty alleviation, supply chain finance, etc., can be well combined with the industry landscape and can help build a digital transformation of technology ecology and industry.

目前，华为云区块链服务主要专注4大类9小类应用场景，包括数据资产、IoT、运营商和金融领域等，如：身份认证、数据存证/交易，新能源、公益捐赠、普惠金融等。

At present, China is focusing mainly on four broad categories of nine applications for cloud block chains, including data assets, IOTs, operators and financial areas, such as identification, data record/transactions, new energy sources, donations of public goods, inclusive finance, etc.

China builds cloud BCS based on cloud-led cloud-based technologies (e.g., containers) that can be deployed in block chains as quickly as five minutes, while providing a range of safe and efficient consensus algorithms with capabilities as high as 2000TPS-10KTPS. China focuses on the cloud as an enabler of the chain, working through block-chain technology to help enterprises solve their credibility problems in data flow and work together to build a credible society. The White Paper also states that the cloud will not be involved in any virtual currency-related services.
