据了解，元宇宙房地产或者说虚拟房产，是元宇宙走红后第一个孵化出来的消费场景。这个概念灵感来自于1992年的科幻小说《雪崩》，书中描述未来世界，人们以虚拟形象在一个与现实世界平行的三维数字空间实现社交。

This story was followed by the well-known moustache player Decentraland, who built a “virtual city”, a “mass universe” based on the chain of blocks, with colourful and 90-year-old graphics, a casino with green tablecloths, luxuries of art galleries, dim bars, ticket clubs and hidden voices.

由盛转衰的NFT

2022年1月，周杰伦推出NFT作品“Phanta Bear（幻想熊）”，上线5分钟售出3000个，收入约6200万元；半个月内，“幻想熊”NFT交易量就已经超过5亿，成为打响国内NFT的第一枪。

VR作为“元宇宙的大门”一直备受互联网巨头的青睐，Mate三年烧空上百亿美元，依然难以实现VR技术上的突破。生产出来的VR设备压根无法当做“元宇宙入口”，只能充当游戏设备和观看影视上使用，严重缺乏足够有吸引力的生产力场景。
VR, the door to the meta-cosmos, has always been favoured by the Internet giants, and Mate has burned down billions of dollars for three years, and it is still difficult to achieve a VR technological breakthrough.
