央广网北京8月15日消息 据经济之声《天下财经》报道，比特币价格近日突破4000美元大关，为9年来首次，甚至一度达到4225美元的历史高位。截至昨天，比特币8月份累计涨幅超过25%，今年至今已累计上涨三倍以上。

是什么支撑着比特币一路走高？火币网市场总监吴兴介绍，主要是三方面因素：“第一个方面是有国际利好政策的消息，8月8日，韩国正式推出了概述比特币等数字资产监管框架的法案。该法案对数字货币进行了定义，并将接触数字资产的相关人士分为了五类，并详细规定了相关的要求和禁忌。在澳洲，中立及左翼政党呼吁政府更好地容纳比特币等区块链技术。还有，澳大利亚储备银行透露其已成立了一个专注于区块链技术的内部工作组。8月7日，乌克兰表示计划于2017年在当地安装150台比特币ATM。第二方面是由于比特币本身的发展有了一个历史性的见证的要素已经完成了。第三个原因是在国际上一些比较权威的机构，比如高盛对比特币发表了一些报告，增强了投资者的信心。”

比特币硬分叉，区块容量扩大等原因，让市场认为比特币区块链的拥堵现象将得到缓解，交易手续费将降低，这将大大促进比特币的交易意愿和交易量。另外，国务院发展研究中心金融研究所研究员吴庆分析，比特币价格走高，也和人们的避险情绪有关：美元指数持续走弱及美朝关系紧张等因素，激发不少投资者涌向比特币市场。

之前比特币大涨曾被归结为中国玩家的进入，而这一波行情，国外多家财经媒体都称之为日本现象。数据显示，日元比特币交易量占全球比特币成交总量的近46%，美元第二占25%，人民币和韩元各占12%左右。为什么日本比特币玩家增多？火币网市场总监吴兴分析，和当地法案支持有关。

吴兴认为:“日本在4月1日支付法案生效了之后，承认了比特币是一种合法的支付手段，而且他们对于比特币的交易平台有了一些规定。所以，整个日本对于比特币的支付也好、交易也好，是非常友好的，所以市场发展的特别迅速。”
“Japan recognized Bitcoin as a legal means of payment after the payment bill came into force on 1 April, and they made some provision for the Bitcoin trading platform. So, Japan as a whole pays and deals with Bitcoin, and is very friendly, so the market is developing very rapidly.”
