7 月 20 日，蚂蚁集团公布科创板与港交所上市计划。紧接着，7 月 23 日，蚂蚁区块链宣布更名为“蚂蚁链”，并在今天的外滩大会上发布了他们的 “颠覆性产品” —— ——国际贸易和金融服务平台 Trusple 。

据蚂蚁集团副总裁、智能科技事业群总裁蒋国飞在会上的介绍，在Trusple平台，当买家和卖家产生一笔贸易订单后自动上链并开始流转，银行会基于订单约定的付款条件自动进行支付，避免了传统模式下卖家需督促买家去线下操作转账，同时也能防止屡有发生的恶意拖延付款时间现象。

除此之外，当企业产生融资需求时，金融机构可以向Trusple平台提出验证请求，来确定企业的贸易真实性，对于买卖双放的行为在区块链上都是留痕的。

其实可以看出Trusple包含了两部分，用区块链解决了跨境贸易领域的信任难题，并用区块链解决了供应链金融的问题，试图解决小微融资难、小微融资贵的问题。

但是，在跨境贸易领域和供应链金融领域，已经有很多论证和试水了，所以蚂蚁链这次也不能说是“颠覆性”的创新；况且“正规军”试水”区块链+跨境贸易“和“区块链+供应链金融”也屡遭碰壁，直到今天也没看到什么实质的进展。

在目前区块链领域的天王级公链中，无论是理论创新还是区块链底层技术的升级，都几乎看不到国内项目团队的身影。但在世界区块链“专利”的申请上，中国确是大户，这种莫名的背离完全是为了追求某种“形式主义”。
Neither the theoretical innovations nor the upgrading of the bottom technologies of the block chain can be seen in the current sector of the block chain. But, in applying for a “patent” of the world’s block chain, China is a big family, and such an infamous departure is simply a quest for some kind of “formatism.”
“国外一开源，国内就自主“，但企业是否真的掌握了这一开源技术，并将其融入自己的企业基因，变为完全可控的自主技术是我们应该存疑，也是应该思考的问题。在这样的背景下说“颠覆性创新”就显得更为可笑。
The question of whether an enterprise really masters this open source technology and integrates it into its own corporate genes into a fully controlled, autonomous technology is one that we should question and think about. It is even more ridiculous to say “subversive innovation” in this context.
笔者看来，蚂蚁金服区块链更像是一个传统大厂“搭车”区块链，企图推行一个“区块链+”业务的故事。只是把区块链当作一种工具，拿来帮其他企业搭上“区块链+”的名头，而没有领略区块链技术带来的内涵，区块链应当是一套制度，一套全新的商业底层逻辑，原有的业务会在其上重建，但却不是走“+区块链”的道路。（特约作者：不盹 编辑：吴说区块链）
