是什么促成比特币这轮所谓的“牛市“？记者专访了中国外汇投资研究院谭雅玲院长。她认为，这和今年一些全球大事件的不确定性有很大关系。“第一、欧洲大陆事件较多，比如英国退欧问题，意大利宪法公投问题，还有整个欧洲大陆恐怖袭击，地缘政治等突发因素相对较大，欧洲板块经济的脆弱乏力也较为明显；此外，美国大选、美联储加息、新上台的美国总统未来的政策取向，包括现在美元升值等美国因素也是原因之一。不确定因素大了，可能向下的风险，或者受到冲击面的风险也会大。这是比特币能够高涨很重要的问题。”

谭院长还表示，比特币的高涨也体现了金融市场的整体动态。“黄金价格跌得比较厉害，虽然美元价格在升，但是美元价格后期风险和不确定因素非常大；所以，更多的比特币在投资的价值面存在一定风险。所以比特别能走高跟当前金融市场的发展态势有比较重要的关系。”
President Tan also said that the rise in bitcoins also reflected the overall dynamics of financial markets. “Gold prices have fallen considerably, and while dollar prices are rising, the risks and uncertainties in the dollar prices are high; therefore, more bitcoins are at risk in terms of the value of their investments.

看到比特币暴涨的同时，也不要忘了几年前曾经暴跌的历史。谭雅玲院长个人认为，比特币绝不是投资的重点，特别是对于普通的投资者来说。“比特币的投资有的人是一种偏好，这种偏好基于他对比特币比较了解，对比特币的熟悉程度比较强。如果他专业很强，也有国际网络、人脉、机会在里面，我觉得做应该没问题。但对一般投资者而言，了解的深度有多少？了解的程度有多少？这对比特币的投资特别重要。我个人认为，懂得就是投资收益率，不懂就是投资风险。”
